Vegetable and chicken soup

 Ingredients/ Ingrediente:

  • a chicken breast (un piept de pui)
  • three carrots (trei morcovi)
  • a red pepper (un ardei rosu)
  • half of a celery (jumatate de țelină)
  • an onion (o ceapa)
  • parsley (pătrunjel)
  • 250 ml of tomato juice (250 ml de suc de roșii)
  • 150 gr of rice (150 gr de orez)

Steps (Mod de preparare)

1. Cut all the vegetables into small pieces (taie toate legumele mărunt)

2. Add them into the boiling water (adaugăle în apa fierbinte)

3. Next step is to add the rice (următorul pas este să adăugați orezul)

4. Let it boil until the vegetables and the meat is cooked (Lăsați să fiarbă până legumele și carnea este fiartă)

5. When it is done add the preseley (când este gata adăugați pătrunjelul)

Mushroom Stew

        Ingredients/ Ingrediente:

  • 500 gr of mushrooms (500 gr ciuperci)
  • 1 medium onion (1 ceapa medie)
  • 200 ml water (200 ml apa)
  • 150 ml milk  (150 ml lapte)
  • 1 spoon of floor (1 lingura de faina)
  • Salt/ pepper (sare/piper)

Steps (Mod de preparare)

1.Cut the mushroom in small pieces as well as the onion (taie ciupercile si ceapa in bucati mici)

2.Anneal it until it becomes glassy and add the mushroom and after a couple of minutes add the water and boil for 30 min (caleste ceapa si adauga ciupercile si dupa cateva minute 2-3 adauga apa si fierbe timp de 30 min)

3.Mix up the flour and the milk, add it, and let everything to boil for another 5 minutes (amesteca faina cu laptele si adauga amestecul apoi lasa totul sa fiarba alte 5 minute)                                                                                                                                                     DSCN9614DSCN9617

Stuffed potatoes/ Cartofi umpluti

cartofi umpluti Ingredients/ Ingrediente:

4 big potatoes (4 cartofi mari)

50 grams of Emmentaler cheese (50 gr de branza Emmentaler)

50 grams of cheese (50 gr de cascaval)

50 grams of butter (50 gr de unt)

4 little eggs (4 oua mici)

salt and pepper (sare si piper)

Steps (Mod de preparare)

1. wash the potatoes and put them in the already heated oven at 180 degrees Celcius for 60 minutes (spala cartofii si pune-i in cuptorul deja preincalzit la 180 de grade celsius timp de 60 de minute )

2. Take the potatoes out and cut them in half, then with a spoon remove the core BUT leave a centimeter. In a bowl put the potatoes’ core, the 2 types of cheese, butter, salt, pepper and mix up the composition (Scoate cartofii din cuptor si taie-i in doua, apoi scobeste-i dar nu uita sa lasi un cetimetru pe margini. Intr-un bol pune miezul cartofilor, cele 2 tipuri de branza, sare, piper si amesteca compozitia)

3. Stuff the potatoes with composition leaving enough space for the eggs to fit in. Put the potatoes back in the oven for another 15 – 20 minutes (Umple cartofii cu compozitia, lasand spatiu suficient ca sa pui ouale. Pune cartofii inapoi in cuptor pentru inca alta 15- 20 minute)

TIP: in the potatoes in which you do not put an egg you can put the rest of the composition with or withoiut bacon on top

SUGESTIE: in cartofii in care nu pui ou ai putea sa pui compozitia ramasa cu sau faca bacon deasupra
